Booking Process:

1. All bookings with Eco India Journeys are subject to availability.

2. Bookings can be made through our website, email, or phone.

3. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of 50% payment or a deposit specified by our team.

Payment Policies:

1. 50% of the tour cost is required to confirm the booking unless stated otherwise by Eco India Journeys. 

2. 50 % of the remaining cost to be paid on Arrival 

3. Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other methods specified by our team.

4. Any additional charges incurred during the trip must be settled before departure.

Cancellation Policies:

1. Cancellations made by the client are subject to the following fees:

– More than 30 days before departure: 100% of the total trip cost.

– 15-30 days before departure: 50% of the total trip cost.

– Less than 15 days before departure: No refund.

2. Cancellations must be made in writing and acknowledged by Eco India Journeys to be valid.

Changes to Bookings:

1. Changes to bookings, including date changes or itinerary alterations, may be subject to additional fees and availability.

2. Eco India Journeys reserves the right to modify or cancel any trip due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political unrest, or insufficient bookings. In such cases, a full refund or alternative trip option will be offered.

Travel Insurance:

1. It is strongly recommended that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen events.

2. Eco India Journeys is not liable for any losses incurred due to the client’s failure to obtain adequate travel insurance.

Health and Safety:

1. Clients are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to undertake the journey and should consult with their healthcare provider before traveling.

2. Eco India Journeys shall not be held responsible for any health issues or injuries sustained during the trip resulting from the client’s actions or negligence. Liability will only be considered in instances where the fault lies with Eco India Journeys.

Responsibility:

1. While every effort is made to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, Eco India Journeys cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions or changes in government regulations.

2. Clients are responsible for adhering to local laws and regulations throughout the trip.

Complaints:

1. Any complaints or concerns should be brought to the attention of Eco India Journeys immediately to allow us the opportunity to address them promptly.

2. We strive to resolve any issues to the satisfaction of our clients.

Liability:

1. Eco India Journeys won’t be responsible if clients experience any problems during the trip because of their own mistakes or natural disasters, except in cases where the law requires otherwise.

Jurisdiction:

1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Ladakh, India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ladakh.
